Riley’s Residence is committed to providing state-of-the-art housing and comprehensive support services for individuals with IDD. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where residents can thrive, achieve their fullest potential, and live fulfilling lives.

Our vision is to build a community where individuals with IDD are empowered to lead enriched lives through access to personalized care, specialized therapies, and meaningful opportunities. We aim to establish Riley’s Residence as a beacon of hope and support, starting with our first facility and expanding to every state.

The Riley’s Residence Inaugural Gala promises an unforgettable night of inspiration, celebration, and community. Here’s what you can expect:

Why Your Support Matters

Your participation in the Inaugural Gala will help us raise the necessary funds to build a 100-room state-of-the-art facility designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment for individuals with IDD. This facility will feature:
Therapeutic Services: Occupational, physical, speech, and aquatic therapy to enhance residents’ quality of life.
Comprehensive Caregiver Support: Competitive pay, benefits, and mental health support to ensure our caregivers are well-supported and motivated.
Personal Grooming Services: A salon for residents to enjoy hair and nail care, promoting their dignity and self-esteem.
Educational Opportunities: Internship programs for aspiring healthcare and special education professionals.
Counseling and Support: Services for families and caregivers to navigate the challenges of caring for individuals with IDD.

While we work towards completing our main facility, we are also acquiring homes to provide immediate housing solutions. Once our facility is complete, these homes will be repurposed to support foster children with special needs, ensuring they have a stable and supportive environment.
